I have overnight oats. It’s almond milk, oats, chia seeds and cocoa powder. Mix together the night before and then fruit on top in the am

Uno, breakfast is usually a high carb meal being either cereals,oats , pancakes etc vs eggs (with no carbs) sausage or bacon or ham What I do is usually make many boiled eggs to have on hand for breakfast and a piece of toast and maybe some milk just be careful to count actual carbs and you will see how eggs help bring your carb count down

I have found that eating whole grains, like oatmeal, and/or adding protein, like nut butter or eggs, to my breakfast helps keep my blood sugar stable.
