I'm just sharing what works for me. I eat pretty much a very low carb diet. It's the best for controlling my blood sugar levels. I lost quite a bit of weight a few years ago and walk approx 6 miles every day to maintain my current weight. My A1C is in the low 5's. πŸ‘
