I have gotten a flu shot each year for many years, and the COVID shot every year since it first came out. I sometimes feel tired the next day, but after that I am fine.
Today's vaccines are very safe, so I wouldn't worry. I've had Type 1 Diabetes for 60 years, and never had a problem with these shots.
