Glad you have found something for you. When I first started with my Zen pep. I took 4 pills with each meal. Once my bowls were regulated a drop to 2 pills a day. Good luck and keep working at it.😉

Thanks for your response. Right now, I'm starting with 1 capsule of 40k Zen-pep before every meal or snack and it seems like it's working! Since I am on a Medicare supplement, I paid $18 for 60 pills. And I am sure that I will be able to get them cheaper through Optum mail order.

I take Creon 60,000 USP Capsules. 3 capsules with meals and large snacks. I had acute necrotizing pancreatitis and only have 1/3 of my pancreas working at 100% and I am have Pancreatic Insufficiancey. It is expensive and I have insurane. My Gastro Specialists insisted that I take Creon. Let me know if you have any more questions. I am glad to help!
