Eat earlier yes. And see how that works before you mess with your innsulin.

Depends on your eating habits and insulin regimen. If you eat right before going to bed this can happen. Your body is at rest and doesn't burn sugars at the same rate as when you're awake. Either eat earlier or adjust your insulin but don't over adjust or you may go low in the night which is much more dangerous than going high.
