Anyone Using A WFPB No SOS Meal Plan??
Hey @A myT1Dteam Member - WFPB means Whole Food Plant-Based and SOS means salt, oil, or sugar. Hope this helps!
Excuse my ignorance, but what is WFPB and no SOS?
I eat these foods once in a while as it doesn’t fulfill a.good balanced meal, we need to monitor our carbs and protein and need a more regular diet (or at least I do) to manage my carbs, protein (for my kidneys) and nutrition in general
Hey @A myT1Dteam Member - are you referring to a Whole Food Plant-Based, no salt, oil, or sugar meal plan? This is quite the commitment but can be really beneficial, especially for managing Type 1 diabetes with a focus on natural, minimally processed foods. Are you on this meal plan? Was this suggested by your doctor?
