Thank you Marie. I have heard that about problems with some types dexcom. Has there been issues with dexcom 6. Is the transition over to the closed system alot of work and do you use your phone or is there a reader. Thanks

Right now he is dealing with constant highs 300-400 though. They added long acting Lantus but it hasn't helped. I want to switch his rapid acting. He has used novalog since he started using pumps and I think a different insulin would help.

He has been on the Dexcom for 3 years and the omnipod for 1 year. He started out with the T-Slim pump. The omnipod fits his lifestyle better since he is only 18. Luckily his Dexcom is correct the majority of the time. Overall we are happy with both.
