There isn’t a pump on the market that allows for “super tight” control. 70-120 and targeted 83, is what I want, and get with my Tandem using BIQ. Sadly it was discontinued last fall. Only way now a days is to aim for higher targets, set wider ranges, or jerry rig one of the current systems {sleep mode 24/7 or over calibrating Dex and setting basals too high on OP5. It’s so sad.
