Hello! I have a yo-yo effect going on. Between 12 am and 6 pm, I'm high 300's. It's like a zig- zag effect but up n down. My endocrinologist has me doing shots every 4 hours to see if it will help. If you have any questions,,please ask. I will help if I can. Take care

GM Donna. My daughter Rae is 13 y/o and has suffered from highs the last 3 yrs or so. She is insulin resistant and has PCOS which makes it impossible to NOT be high. She was on the Omnipod for about 7 years which was a great pump but it recently seemed to be making her highs worse. I decided to switch to the Tandem Mobi (which was actually painful for me & Rae because we don’t do well with change when it comes to her diabetes). This Tandem Mobi has been AMAZING. Her sugars have not crossed 130-150 for a majority of the day. Her “in range” has been 65%-100% daily, she was only in range 12%-30% on the Omnipod (which wasn’t until the last 3 or so years. So if you’re suffering from highs consistently think about trying the Mobi, the Control IQ technology is on point. Good Luck.

I have more highs than lows. I've been sick with upper resp infection since Christmas, and have been unable to keep my glucose levels in range much of the time. I have an appointment with my endo on the 27th & have lots of questions for her then. Until then, I just try to manage it best I can. I'm grateful that I have not had any ketones. I don't know what people consider high ... I don't like to see mine above 250.
