Harvo, I don't recognize the warning signs sometimes. I do get shaky when my glucose is low and I check my glucose then to see where I am. But with highs, I don't even know by physical signs. I rely on my CGM for that ... but again, I have to look at it - don't I?

I'm not sure what you mean by "watch for warnings," Harvo. If you are talking about high and/or low blood sugars, then yes. These will happen no matter how vigilant we are, and you must watch for them.
