This Is A Odd Question But Does Anyone Else Notice That A Few Days Before The Full Moon Your BG Goes Off Course?

I never really noticed, but as the temperature can affect our blood sugars, I wouldn't be surprised if the full moon does as well!

Thank you for your response, it could be that the moon encourages a appetite maybe even with a little more salt content since it has a lot to do with water, hence more food intake equals higher blood sugar, at least until the moon is not full anymore, kinda like it messes with the tides so it affects the water in the body. I have noticed a change every time we have a full moon, I’m just not able to pinpoint what causes the difference in my blood sugar.. I do know some others that are affected at the full moons as well.🌸🌸🌸
