When I’m Sleeping My Blood Sugar Can Go From 70 To 250. Can This Be Caused By Sleeping On The Arm Where My POD Is Inserted?

I don’t know much about the pod. If you use a basal rate, perhaps you need to up that overnight. Are you seeing this every night? Are you noticing it when you don’t have your arm in that position? Write it down and see if there’s a pattern or a one off. Good luck

I do not sleep on my pod for that reason. Sleep on the other side.

It could be what’s called Dawn Phenomenon. I would talk to your endocrinologist about changing your basal rates during that time it’s happening. Good luck.

I'm not sure about the pod, I have Medtronic pump and guardian cgm. But after 43 yrs. I know for myself that so many things can cause a high during sleep; dreams/nightmares, noise, what was eaten before bed, etc. I would check with your contact for the pod! Good luck and good question!!
