Skinny Pop popcorn 100 calories and only 10g of carbs
Kind mini bars usually 8 or 9 carbs
4 pack cheese peanut butter crackers 16 carbs but I put in 20
Anything with 4 carbs or more will raise your blood glucose!
I only snack when my glucose levels are low. Premier Protein Shake, Mandarin Orang, anything with chocolate
Cheese, celery, cucumbers, & Pork Rinds 😏
i eat everything IN MODERATION.....i have never had off limits foods..but i have small portions.for example if im having pasta...i will load it up with veggies....same with rice meals....i will have cookies, just not the whole bag..i will have ice cream and add extra bolus..type one 32 yrs not one complication...A1C 6.2...need to add....i do this all with the lord as my partner and it always is a success
