I use the Tandem T:slim X2 with the G7. I like that the two are integrated. The Omnipod also integrates with the G7, but I didn't like the pod. I had too many failed pods and I had to fill it with more than a 3 day supply of Insulin with no way to use it beyond the 3 days. Too much waste overall. I should note, this was not the latest Omnipod 5 model.
I find the tubing on my pump doesn't bother me. Some people don't like tubing though.
I like that I can micro-bolus with the T:slim. Another thing the Omnipod won't do. I am very sensitive to insulin and only use @ 20 units per day, so the ability to micro-dose is helpful.
