I eat the same thing 90% of the time! Thankfully, I love it: one English muffin (2 carbs), 2 scrambled eggs with broccoli diced in and Diet Coke. I know what it does, I know that amount of insulin I need to take and it's yummy.

I eat whatever I have and I only buy what I want. I have apps where I can look up the amount of carbs so I can meal bolus appropriately. The info that is available makes it fairly easy to determine what is needed.

2 eggs scrambled, 2 pieces of toast or a cup serving of hashbrowns. Some mornings just one egg and one piece of toast if I'm feeling bad.

I had not heard that! I will switch to caffeine free and see if that does anything to my blood sugar. Thanks!

An English Muffin is 2.0 Oz and 25 grams of carbs. Diet Coke has been around a long time and to my knowledge there has never been a definitive consensus of it causing kidney issues. It is known that caffeine raises blood sugars.
